Statements

The Environmental Council may issue statements on particular issues, such as drafts of laws or ordinances, and on important environmental policy issues. The Federal Ministry of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety may commission the Council to issue statements. The statements are submitted to the Federal Ministry of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety.
